Affiliate/Partner General Term & Conditions

Currency: Financial transactions covered by this Contract will be processed in the USD currency. Currency exchanges will occur when you or your affiliates and or partner(s) have set a different default currency in account settings.

Change Notification Period: The Contract can be changed or cancelled with 3 day(s) notification to the media partner.

Reversal Policy  Reversal of performance advertising actions are decided by the Advertiser governed by a max reversal percentage of 100%

Media Partner Tracking Pixel: Advertiser does NOT allow media partner to fire their tracking pixel when the consumer action is completed.

General Terms & Conditions – May 2023

“Net Sales” means the net dollar amount of Products sold to Qualified Customers during a calendar month. Net Sales are calculated exclusive of fraudulently placed orders, returned orders, cancelled transportation and packaging costs, insurance, duties, taxes and other governmental charges, and discounts or rebates actually granted by Marketer. “Qualified Customer” means any individual that is tracked by the Script2Hollywood Institute and companies Affiliate/Partner Program technology, and who, within the period of time as set forth in Impact Radius; and/or any applicable script2hollywood.com and companies Specific Terms, clicks through to the script2hollywood.com and companies Site via hyperlinks contained within any Offer displayed in accordance with this Agreement and purchases Products or services from the script2hollywood.com and companies Site.

Publishers may not “spider” or “crawl” the script2hollywood.com and companies Site – i.e., use a program to recursively or automatically explore the script2hollywood.com and companies Site to harvest or retrieve information. Script2hollywood.com and companies reserves the right to block any IP address that “spiders” or “crawls” the script2hollywood.com and companies Site. Publishers are prohibited from issuing a press release describing the relationship or the terms of this agreement without prior written approval. Publishers are prohibited from including script2hollywood.com and companies in any email or print format without prior written approval.

Software

Not allowed – Publishers may not include script2hollywood.com and companies in any browser extension(s) or toolbar(s) without prior, written approval from a script2hollywood.com and companies.

Business Development Partners

Not allowed – Publishers shall not reproduce, distribute, republish, sub-license or otherwise make offers, content or datafeeds available to any third party or domain not owned or exclusively operated by the Publishers, including but not limited to third party shopping sites (e.g., Shopping.com, Bing Shopping, eBay, Google Shopping, AOL, etc). Any exceptions to this must be granted in writing to Publishers by Script2Hollywood Institute / script2hollywood.com. and companies.

Coupons and Promotional Codes

Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided to them exclusively through the script2hollywood.com and companies Affiliate/Partner Program.

Script2Hollywood Institute /script2hollywood.com and companies may at its sole discretion modify these terms & conditions, pricing, commission, residuals, without advance notice.

Violations of these terms may result in forfeit of unpaid commissions and/or immediate termination from the script2hollywood.com and companies Affiliate/Partner Program.

Paid Search Terms & Conditions – May 2023

Protected SEM Bidding Keywords

Publishers may not purchase, register, or bid on keywords, search terms or other identifiers for the brand “script2hollywood.com and companies” or variations thereof (including but not limited to: “script2hollywood.com”, “www.script2hollywood.com”, “scripttwohollywood com”, “script 2 hollywood  com”, “scripthollywoodscom”, “hollywood2scripts.com”, “scripts2hollywood.com”, etc.) for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other search or referral service. Negative Matching for SEM Protected Keywords is required.

Prohibited SEM Display URL Content

script2hollywood.com, scripttwohollywood.com,  www.scripts2hollywood.com , www.script2hollywoods.com and companies or any similar name and or likeness.

Direct linking is not allowed.

Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content

Publishers are prohibited from using the language “official site” or variations thereof in ad copy and from adding trademark or service symbols to ad copy. The use of any form of advertising that creates the impression that the Publishers’ site, pop-up, pop-under or any other form of advertising is script2hollywood.com and companies is prohibited.

Trademark Terms & Conditions – May 2023

Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites

Publishers may only use content, logos, and ads that are provided through the script2hollywood.com and companies Affiliate/Partner Program.

MCA (Master Campaign Agreement ) does not apply if the parties have a separate agreement in place governing this Partner Contract.

Affiliates/Partners agrees to all script2hollywood.com and companies terms & conditions.
